The Cash Lagoon Guide

This is a simple, easy to follow guide on how to use any of the lagoon sites correctly (in this guide I use Cashlagoon since it's the lagoon where you can earn points to spend on money.)

1) Before Signing up
It's very important that you create a dedicated e-mail account just for the lagoon sites because whatever e-mail account you sign up for it will be heavily flooded with spam messages. You do not want have your personal e-mail account getting spammed. I suggest you create a free g-mail account for this as it will give you plenty of space and it will do very well organizing your messages. There's also another good reason to use g-mail for your e-mail.

If you don't have a paypal account you can go to www.paypal.com and create a free account. This is where your money will be transferred to. From there you have many options such as spending it in online stores or sending the money directly into your bank account.

It would be a good idea to have tools to automatically fill in forms when completing your offers. If you don't have the google toolbar which has an autofill feature you could download the Roboform trial and be able to fill out most of the forms with a single click.

2) Registration
When filling out your information all of it must be truthful. If they catch you lying about any of your information, they can ban your account. Make sure your phone number is legit too as you will have to use that number in order to verify your account. After you register your account, you can go ahead and start doing offers/surveys. You just won't be able to claim any prize until your account is verified. Follow the directions that are given after registering to get your account verified.

3) Completing Offers
There are many different kinds of offers you can do. Unfortunately, there will be some offers where you don't get your points even though you've done everything correctly. It's ok because following this guide will ensure that most of the time you will earn your points. There are five kinds: free offers, ones that require a credit card, a purchase, a cell phone, financial offers, and daily offers. The key with completing offers is to read the description under the offer to find out how to get the points. Before doing any, make sure that all cookies are enabled because they must be on for you to receive your credit. Also, disable any anti-spyware extensions or any other programs that might block cookies. When filling out the forms for the offers, all the information you enter must be truthful, otherwise you won't get the points credited to you and you could face a possible ban. Stay truthful and consistent. Many offers start off with an e-mail you must type. Remember when I told you to use create a g-mail for this? Well, it serves a special purpose because it will allow you to use the 'dot trick'. This should be used if you notice that you're never getting credit for offers you know you've completed (even after clearing your cookies). What you do is place dots like this: '.' into your e-mail address (they can be placed anyhere in it). For instance instead of typing in name@gmail.com, you could type n.ame@gmail.com or even n.am.e@gmail.com. Using this trick for the sites that look similar to each should help you boost your approval percentage. Also, the messages sent by the advertisers will still go to your g-mail address. Make sure you mix it up and use a unique e-mail for each one of these sites. Another good trick is the 'tab + arrow key combo'. When you are filling out the yes/no pages, click on the first no, then press the 'tab' key and any arrow key. Repeat this until you have the entire form filled. After that you can go back and click yes to the offers you're interested in. For the cell phone offers, be careful because your phone bill can be charged for entering the pin number for ringtones, etc. Just make sure you read the Terms of Service on the site where you do the offer so you know what you're about sign up for. When you're done with an offer, make sure you click the 'completed' button to let cashlagoon know that you've completed it. After you've done this it's VERY IMPORTANT that you clear your cookies before doing the next offer to ensure proper credit. CCleaner is a great program for clearing out your cookies in any browser. I'll repeat it again. Make it a priority to clear your cookies after completing each offer (especially if it's from the same sponsor) otherwise you won't be getting anymore points from those sponsors.

4) Cashing Out
There's not much to this section, but it should be a joyful moment for you knowing that you will soon get paid for the first time. When you have accumulated anything over 0.00 points you can cashout into your Paypal account (isn't that great?). Paypal cashouts can be any amount you choose. For checks, you must have 5.00 points to cashout. Basically, 1 point = 1 dollar. You can also choose prepaid cards.

5) Referrals
Yes, of course there are the great referrals, which can help you generate a lot of points to earn massive amounts of money. The most important thing about referrals with cashlagoon is that if they find out you've been spamming your link on forums and other places, your account will be banned. That's something they don't play around with and I can trust that you know what would be considered for spamming your link. People have reported other users for doing it before. It's ok to leave your referral link in your signature section. The key with referrals is that if you want good ones, you should educate them about how to do the offers. If they don't know how to complete them, you will not earn any points fromt hem. I'd start off with referring family members/friends because it would be easier to communicate with them and explain how everything works. They will probably be your best referrals. Also, you should try to be open minded and creative in getting referrals. You could have people send you private messages on message boards/forums if they want to find out more about the lagoon network. Putting your referral links on cards and passing them around to people or leaving them in public places could be a great way to get your referrals up. I know it takes a lot of work, but the rewards will be worth it.
